bandanna

the second (annual?) bandanna art show is coming up next month. this time in L.A. at han cholo. i believe the opening is december 13th. don't regularly back themed shows. but this one was great last year and i'm sure will be even better this time around. plus Z is a great guy.

these times

went down to the southside park to finish this mural. if you looked at the pics in the previous post about it you pretty much get the idea. but now it wraps four walls instead of one.


went to austin to drop off some prints for an upcoming show at gallery lombardi. more on that later.

while i was in town stopped by domy to see the 'monster show' installation that opened around halloween. guess they opted not to hang the 'sleepaway' print i submitted. but i can't be mad at it. there was a lot of good work and only so much wall space. more good pieces than i could justify posting pics of here. worth checking out if you can get to austin before the end of the month.


came home to find a new w.c. watson zine had come in the mail. this time with this great poster. i've posted about his stuff before. the stolen babies link to the right of the screen.

southside mural

started painting this repetitive forest mural at the southside skatepark this past week. trying to get it finished in time for yesterday's make a wish contest. but to no avail. more photos on completion.
