new tees and hoods

RIP JOSH JUSTICE

we've put our share to rest over the last handful of years. sometimes more than feels fair. josh would have gladly had anyone outside of his circle believe he was a scumbag goon. but he was too true of a friend and too genuine of heart to ever really have anyone fooled.

there will be a fundraiser show with some of josh's favorite txhc bands september 20th at walter's in houston to help the family with some of the funeral expense.

new zines

just finished putting together two new zines.

the first, BAD SLEEP, is a 24 page 8.5" x 5.5" B&W photocopy zine. varying slightly from previous HATE FUCK ZINE fare, which focus more on cataloging GIVE UP art and design, BAD SLEEP is comprised completely of photos. primarily showcasing GIVE UP art in it's original street intended context. housed in a brown craft card cover, hand titled and numbered in an edition of 50.

the second, LOW BOTTOMS, is also an 8.5" x 5.5" B&W photocopy zine printed in an edition of 50. this one clocking in at 28 pages in a grey card cover and presented as a split effort of GIVE UP art and RYAN TAYLOR writings. LOW BOTTOMS also features a collaborative audio track of spoken-word renditions of ryan's respective writings mixed with the meandering ambient/folk/noise/metal sounds of GIVE UP aural side project HORDERS. further LOW BOTTOMS details up now on the SISSTER SSOUND site.
